When you submit content, DNACORE collects: domain name, canonical URL, content summary (text you provide), and an optional image URL. We do not require or collect your personal name or email address as part of the standard submission flow.
Server logs automatically record: IP address, User-Agent string, and request timestamp for each HTTP request to DNACORE infrastructure.
Server log records (IP, User-Agent, timestamp) are automatically deleted after 90 days. Submission data is retained for as long as the listing is active, and deleted within 30 days of a valid removal request.
DNACORE does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for CDN/edge; server hosting in Taiwan) process data solely to operate the service.
If you access DNACORE from the EU/EEA, the legal basis for processing server log data is Legitimate Interest (technical operation and security of the service). IP addresses in server logs are not used for profiling or advertising. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure) by contacting services@dnacore.ai.
DNACORE uses only functional cookies set by Cloudflare for network-level security and performance. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking scripts.
DNACORE detects AI crawlers (e.g. GPTBot, ClaudeBot) by User-Agent string and logs visit paths to measure protocol adoption. Bot IP addresses are processed under the same 90-day retention policy and are not linked to individual natural persons.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
